All prices listed on our website are in GBP and are inclusive of vat where applicable. The total cost of your order will be the product price plus delivery charges, which are dependent on your location. For all our vintage furniture, each item is slightly different, in the event that an item becomes unavailable we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative within a reasonable timeframe, or you may cancel your order. We will try to ensure that all prices are correct on our website, however in the event that a price is incorrect we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale and cancel your order.

Item Descriptions & Photographs

We are careful to ensure that all descriptions on the website are accurate. If you would like more information on any aspect of an item please contact us prior to purchase. All measurements are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that images match the products as closely as possible, please be aware that different web browsers and settings can sometimes cause colours to deviate from the actual products. Please note that chairs shown in our photographs are example chairs only, and as each chair is an original vintage chair, no two chairs are exactly the same, so the chair you receive may not be the exact chair in the photo.

Wood Colours

Where no wood colour is specified when you order, we will supply your chair with woodwork in it's restored vintage colour. Please be sure to specify your preferred wood colour when you order if you have a preference, and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. Returns will not be accepted if you do not specify wood colour when you order. 


We would advise you to contact us prior to purchase with any questions about the condition of the product, but if after delivery you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund, excluding delivery charges, will be issued provided the product is returned to us in its original sold condition within 7 days. We will issue an exchange within 14 days. All delivery costs are non-refundable, and delivery costs to return the product to us must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. No refund will be issued where chairs are made to bespoke instructions or not as shown as standard on our website, unless faulty. Any vintage chair which is returned to us as faulty within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced.


For all Vintage furniture orders, you are welcome to pick up your item for free from our workshop. For all Contract furniture orders, please contact us to confirm prices for delivery of more than one chair. Outside of a radius of 50 miles from our Surrey workshop, all our furniture deliveries are made by a third party courier, with charges dependent on location. Delivery will be paid for at checkout with each item, and we will arrange payment of a courier. Please be aware that delivery can take up to 10 days in some cases.At present we do not ship outside of England, although if you make a purchase you are welcome to arrange collection yourself for deliveries outside of England. Please see our delivery page for further details.


For smaller items, we will post out your item by Royal Mail post within 5 days of payment. We will ensure that proof of postage is secured, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft on the part of the postal service.
